In 2016, people in positions of trust told us that electronic vote tallies would be almost impossible to hack because voting machines supposedly never connect to the internet. They were wrong. Officials in WI, MI, FL, TN, TX, IL, RI, and IN must immediately remove the cellular modems that voting machine vendor ES&S installed in precinct ballot scanners starting in 2015.
